Our refund policy applies to deposits when the crew cannot pull the vessel due to our own equipment or crew limitations. Outside of that specific case, every deposit and boat removal sale stays final. Fueling heavy-duty trucks, prepping trailers, staging tow boats, and putting a crew on the road takes real dollars before we ever hit the ramp.

A deposit refund gets cleared only after our crew determines we were unable to complete the job as you requested.

How eligible payment returns are handled

Check with your bank, credit union, or credit card company if the money does not show up after 3 days. Posting times vary depending on your financial institution and the payment method used for the initial transaction.
